On November 25, 2025, in conjunction with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, AM Automatic Machines achieved the UNI/PdR125:2022 certification for its Gender Equality Management System (GEMS).
The Path Towards Gender Equality
With the aim of best fulfilling its mission and in line with its strategic vision, AM AUTOMATIC MACHINES SRL has decided to adopt a Gender Equality Management System (GEMS) compliant with UNI/PdR125:2022, as a valuable tool to ensure gender equality regarding the presence and professional growth of women, enhancing inclusive culture and activating processes capable of developing female empowerment.

To foster the achievement of the stated principles and objectives, the Management of AM AUTOMATIC MACHINES SRL considers the continuous adoption of the GEMS fundamental to develop an organizational model that promotes gender equality and values equity and inclusivity.
AM AUTOMATIC MACHINES SRL commits to:
- personally ensuring respect for the principles of equity and inclusion in all company processes;
- promoting information, awareness, and employee engagement actions on equal opportunities and female empowerment issues, avoiding stereotypes and promoting the visibility of women's contributions;
- appointing at least one internal gender equality representative, with the task of monitoring and promoting initiatives consistent with UNI PdR 125:2022.
