AM Automatic Machines is seeking a candidate for the role of Italy Sales Coordinator.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the selected person will be responsible for the operational implementation of commercial strategies, ensuring alignment between the Italian sales network and company management.
Main Responsibilities:
Training and mentoring of new technical consultants in line with company sales strategies
Operational coordination of the national sales network, including field visits and direct supervision of consultants
Collaboration with the Sales Director in defining and disseminating commercial strategies
Analysis of sales results, training needs, and network performance
Support in the creation of sales materials and coordination with marketing, technical design, and sales departments
Cooperation with the HR department for recruitment and development of commercial personnel
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in coordinating or managing B2B sales networks
Good knowledge of the Italian market and availability for frequent travel (around 70%)
Basic technical skills (mechatronics background preferred)
Solid understanding of financial and economic concepts as applied to sales
Strong persuasive communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities, effective information sharing, and a strong focus on results and planning
